Concept design is the initial phase where basic ideas, sketches, and layouts are created to define the overall vision of a project before detailed planning. These drawings will not be sufficient for planning applications.

Planning and detailed design builds on the concept, refining the design with precise measurements, materials, and technical specifications, ensuring it is ready for construction or implementation.

We will gather publicly available data from sources like Rightmove listings, Google Maps, and prior Planning Permission submissions. This usually provides the level of detail we need (around 80% accuracy). However, we may occasionally ask for a few photos or measurements from you to finalise the details. 

Our concept designs offer an affordable and quick way for you to visualize your building project, providing inspiration and a clear idea of what’s possible within your home and budget. At this stage, the plans won't be fully precise, but we aim for approximately 80% accuracy.
